All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they have a medical or religious exemption. Proof of vaccination status must be provided to the human resources department within two weeks of the policy’s implementation. Employees who are not fully vaccinated or who fail to provide proof of vaccination may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
